Introducing the Alessandra Brabca Fabric Collection.
Internationally renowned interior designer Alessandra Branca brings her worldly elegance and sophistication to her debut collection of fabrics exclusively for Schumacher. Born in Rome, Alessandra draws inspiration from the finest art and architecture, while using her sense of comfortable elegance and wit to revolutionize classical patterns with a modern point of view.
“I knew I wanted a collection of great quality and craftsmanship – one which my children would want and my grandchildren would be happy to inherit,†she says.
Dramatic scale, playful textures, and a vibrant color palette add a burst of energy, making the fondly familiar damask, toile and chinoiserie patterns fresh and exciting. A Branca collection would not be complete without a graphic red and black color story, the signature palette of Alessandra’s celebrated interiors. It’s a powerful combination that brings exuberance and richness to the line. Building upon this trademark color scheme, Alessandra fearlessly incorporates a sophisticated range of hues including a saturated Prussian blue, a striking combination of grey and fuchsia, as well as fashion-forward acid green, which complements a neutral palette of greige and sable brow.
Alessandra’s fabrics are distinguished by a commitment to quality and an exacting attention to detail. Exquisite craftsmanship is evident in Continenti, a boldly scaled toile in which each motif is enhanced with artful element of hand-guided embroidery. Tactile luxury is of equal importance: Anna Damask inspired by opulent Italian silks, is reimagined in supple linen with a smooth washed finish that can only be truly appreciated when touched.

Velvets from Clarke & Clarke.

Transitional in style, this luxurious collection from Clarke & Clarke of cut pile velvets provides plenty of decorative options for both the traditional and contemporary home. The striking metallic twill weave ground runs through the whole collection and provides a wonderful platform for bold shades of Purple, Citrus and Fuchsia through to classic neutrals of Ebony, Grey and White.
The four designs work well as coordinates but are equally strong as individuals, proving to be extremely versatile and fit for any setting.
This multi purpose collection is suitable for both domestic and severe contract upholstery use. The quality is also woven with a rich, deep pile, making it ideal for sumptuous, heavy weight drapes.

Charles’ signature French country design style and philosophy of “mix not match†translates into a magical collection featuring prints, sheers, leaf and acorn patterns, classic checks and toiles that coordinate with elegant wallcoverings and carefully selected trimmings. Charles’ unmatched sense of scale and color, and his passion for design have created a collection that is truly inspiring.
